1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Match Filter mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

Match Filter provides real-time notifications for live football matches based on user-defined filters. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Intellectual Property

The Match Filter app, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding third-party match data), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Match Filter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That notifications will be delivered without delay
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Data Accuracy

Match data is provided by third-party sports data providers. We do not manipulate or alter match data. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all live matches will be displayed or that data will always be up-to-date.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Match Filter offers subscription plans (Monthly Pro and Yearly Pro) with enhanced features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Monthly Pro. The free trial is available once per device to prevent abuse. We use a hashed device identifier to track trial usage across the device, not individual user accounts. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our service or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where we operate.
